La Pinata has been at its present location for over twelve and a half years. Georgia Crago first opened the restaurant, September 3, 1994. Georgia prayed for guidance, and kept postponing the opening of the restaurant. Until one day she decided to open La Pinata. The opening happened to fall on St. Gregory’s Day. Georgia still feels that God wanted her open on that particular day. As a young girl, and the oldest in her family, she learned to cook and feed her siblings. She’s still cooking to this day.

She loves cooking for her customers. You will often see her hug the customers coming to eat at her restaurant.
