By offering programs that utilize input from the community and area employers, and curricula that are semester-based and which emphasize practical, hands-on instruction, we strive to provide our students with the necessary skill competencies to begin their careers quickly. American Commercial College offers two levels of academic achievement: - Certificate Training. This training is available for the person who has a desire to update their skills to keep pace with today's business environment by taking individual courses.
- Diploma Programs. Students entering these programs are seeking to obtain the necessary skill competencies to enter the business, medical, or technology career fields in a relatively short time frame.
In addition, American Commercial College offers subjects that will enhance a student's ability to pass various industry recognized certification examinations. These subjects may be taken as part of the school's full-length vocational programs, or they may be taken individually to suit the student's individual needs. These third party, industry-endorsed certifications enhance the graduate's potential for employment. To reach various certification levels, the student must perform to a particular standard set by business and technological industries. American Commercial College has these specific objectives relevant to the programs we offer and the students that we serve. - To provide students with a learning environment that is conducive to good instruction, and with instructional equipment, software, and facilities that are consistent with what they will find when they embark upon their careers;
