Penny Miller, SPHR, brings 30 years' experience as a Human Resource professional in varied environments.
During her career as an Air Force officer, Penny had the opportunity to work in a variety of positions, applying HR techniques under many different situations and circumstances. Since her departure from the military, she has continued her career in executive search and corporate HR. She currently leads Venture HRO, LLC, specializing in providing HR services and consulting.
Penny has a Masters in Management and has completed certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). She writes a column on HR issues in the monthly Biz to Biz news magazine, published by the Times Record News and a blog for Wichita Falls 360. She is an adjunct instructor, teaching management courses for Wayland Baptist University and Midwestern State University.
A graduate of Leadership Wichita Falls, Penny serves on a variety of City Boards and Commissions and on non-profit boards.
